Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the existing item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
30-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days without providing any reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
